Stole 10$ updated

I was very excited with this app and quickly decided to upgrade and pay 9.99$ for all languages but they didnt unlock and it took my 10$ dollars. I went to app support which was a joke because there was no support on the site it brought me to. If they somehow solve my problem then I will gladly give this app 5 stars

Heads up if anyone has this same problem restart iPod and it will show up.
